It’s the summer holidays and if the kids are getting bored why not make them sit down and do some writing? OK, that’s probably not going to be that easy to do but if you told them that there was the chance to win an Apple iPad 2 then they might take note. The competition is being run by Uniball who are launching a National Campaign to keep the art of handwriting alive. They’ve even got Anton du Beke to explain….
To enter the competition, U18s need to write in no more than 100 words how they would spend the day with their favourite storybook character. Anton Du Beke, Fay Ripley and Camilla Dallerup have all posted what they would do over on the Uniball Facebook page.
Whilst over there you can also pick up details on how to enter – you need to email them for an entry form.
The prizes are as follows: 16gb Apple iPad 2, 16gb Apple iPod Nano, Canon powershot compact digital camera, book vouchers to the value of £100, iTunes vouchers to the value of £50, fanthom gift pack, two tickets to Anton & Erin’s new dance show, signed Anton Du Beke photograph and Dance Class book.
Given that it’s a creative competition and for under 18s we expect that this might not attract too many entries. So get the kids sat down and brainstorming to help win
you them an iPad 2. The competition ends on 16th September and every entry gets a free pen too!
