Argos Use YouTube To Promote Giant Jar Competition

Argos have embraced the increasingly popular video sharing service YouTube to promote their latest competition - The Giant Jar! The competition offers entrants the chance to win £10000 of Argos products simply by guessing the number of items that are in the jar. Make your guess by the 20th December and you could win loads of great goodies just before Christmas! The promotional video for the competition is below:


We’re not sure if the video will help you when making your guess to enter the Giant Jar prize draw, but you never know - it might just give you a bit of inspiration to pluck out that lucky number.

Videos are no doubt incredibly popular ways of promoting products on the web, so it will be interesting to see how YouTube and videos are used to promote online competitions in 2008.
